Fax to Email

An UNLIMITED local fax to email number for $12.95 per month.  More and more individuals and businesses see the benefits of receiving faxes to their email.  Faxes received in this manner are private and confidential, and are better managed as they can be viewed/deleted/printed/saved/or forwarded to others via email.  No busy signals, no need for a phone/fax line, or the expense of a fax machine and associated paper/toner/ink supplies. Multiple email addresses can receive a copy of the fax if appropriate.

Once a fax is received via email, it is faster to simply forward a document via email than resend via fax machine, and the quality of the document does not deteriorate via email, as it does when faxed in a conventional manner. Saving documents electronically can reduce conventional storage/folder/shelving/space requirements.  What do you pay per square foot of office space, and HOW much space do your file cabinets take up??  Documents can be readily reviewed for needed information or accuracy and if incorrect the document can be quickly forwarded via email with a quick note as to what needs edited/changed/added.

After Hour Answering

We can provide a Voicemail solution for after hours.  You forward your main number, and callers get a professionally recorded, customized greeting.  They are directed to leave a message.  Once a message is received you will be notified via email and text message to your cell that a message has been received, allowing for quick retrieval of messages via phone or email.  The monthly cost of this solution is $17.95 per month.  If you want/need to offer the caller the ability to speak to someone if an “emergency”, the call can be privately directed to a number of your choosing, whether someone internal to the organization or external. This added option increases the monthly cost to $29.95.
